A focused two-day online workshop designed to help participants prepare a high-quality Systematic Literature Review for research papers, master's dissertations, PhD theses, and journal publications.
Key Learning Outcomes
- Prepare a clear SLR topic, research question, and review protocol.
- Run database searches and document inclusion and exclusion decisions.
- Structure the SLR methodology section for academic writing.
- Summarize literature themes, gaps, and future research directions.
- Prepare PRISMA-aligned reporting materials and PROSPERO registration information.
- Ability to publish high-quality SLR papers in reputable Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus-indexed journals.
Two-Day Focus
Day 1: Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), including transparent reporting, search documentation, screening decisions, checklist logic, synthesis, and methodology structure.
Day 2: The International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO), including protocol preparation, registration fields, eligibility criteria, outcomes, review methods, and publication planning.
