Payment Policies & Notes

  1. Fee Inclusions: Conference fees include e-certificate and publication in conference e-proceedings.
  2. Bank Charges: All bank's charges such as remittance fees and/or foreign exchange charges will have to be borne by the participants.
  3. Group Discounts: Group discount for 3 papers or more. For group comprises of more than 10 papers, please contact us for a higher percentage of discount.
  4. Proof of Payment: Participants are required to upload the Proof of Payment evidence in the system via My Account.
  5. Refund Policy: Please note that conference registration fees are non-refundable once administrative processing has commenced.
